Arabic Source and Roman Transliteration

Arabic		وَلَقَدْ نَصَرَكُمُ اللَّهُ بِبَدْرٍ وَأَنتُمْ أَذِلَّةٌ فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُون
Transliteration		Walaqad nasarakumu Allahu bibadrin waantum athillatun faittaqoo Allaha laAAallakum tashkuroona
Transliteration-2		walaqad naṣarakumu l-lahu bibadrin wa-antum adhillatun fa-ittaqū l-laha laʿallakum tashkurūn

Generally Accepted Translations of the Meaning
Muhammad Asad		for, indeed, God did succour you at Badr, when you were utterly weak. Remain, then, conscious of God, so that you might have cause to be grateful
M. M. Pickthall		Allah had already given you the victory at Badr, when ye were contemptible. So observe your duty to Allah in order that ye may be thankful
